Representation and Warranty
By uploading or sharing User Content, you affirm that you are the subject of the content or have obtained permission from the subject(s) to share it. Furthermore, you warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, publicity, or any other proprietary rights. You are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. -
Appropriate Content
You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. Paintable Pictures reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any content that violates this policy or is deemed unsuitable for our brand. -
Content Attribution
Paintable Pictures may attribute the User Content to you using your provided name or username. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please notify us via our contact form or email. -
Content Removal Request
If you wish to withdraw your consent or request the removal of your User Content from our marketing materials, please contact us via email at support@paintablepictures.com. We will make reasonable efforts to address your request but cannot guarantee immediate or complete removal, particularly from previously distributed materials. -
