What kind of mural clients and projects are typical?

Paintable Pictures builds paint by number murals for marketing agencies and corporate events teams. We support both indoor and outdoor mural projects, and single and multi-day events. In some cases we work directly with brands and events team, while in many cases we are working with a marketing agency that is leading a large brand activation or marketing campaign.

Can these murals be in both indoor and outdoor events?

We use materials for our murals to suit the event, so they an be placed either indoor or outdoor. Depending on the climate and duration of the event we may use different materials appropriate for the setting. For example we may use more rugged materials for multi-day outdoor events, or lightweight materials for short indoor activations.  

What’s included in each kit?

Every kit arrives with numbered panels, pre‑matched acrylic paints, assorted brushes, easy assembly instructions. Depending on your vision, the duration of the event, and your budget we may use simpler inexpensive materials, or can use higher end premium materials.

How do you create your designs?

We usually use your artwork and transform that into a paint by number design. Each paint by number mural design is created by a human designer, and reviewed with you to ensure we nailed your artistic direction.

How big can the murals be?

Kits range from 5 ft to over 50 ft in length. Most murals are 10 - 30 ft. Large paint by number murals ship as panels for easy transport and assembly. We have shipped paint by number murals that are over 150 ft in length.

How does paint by number mural pricing work?

Paint by number murals are primarily priced based on their size, but nuances about the specifics of your event can affect that price. For example the duration of the event and whether the event is indoors or outdoors might affect the materials we use to produce the mural.

How far in advance do I need to submit artwork?

We ideally receive artwork 30 days prior to your event. Rush production is available for events as soon as 7 days prior to an event.

Which geographies do you offer paint by number murals?

Our mural products are available throughout the US. We are able to do international projects on a case by case basis. Our murals are designed to be shipped and easily assembled on site anywhere in the US. We have delivered over 100 murals that span the entire U.S. from Miami, Florida to North Pole, Alaska.

Do you travel to install the mural?

Our standard kits are designed for easy assembly on-site, so we generally do not install the mural. 

Can you exact match brand colors in a paint by number mural?

Yes. We hand-mix our paints to match brand colors.
