About Paintable Pictures

Paintable Pictures is arts & crafts startup located in Columbus, OH (Clintonville). We have developed a novel product that allows people to paint their own photo, by transforming that photo into a paint by number design.

We have been featured in major gift guides such as Uncommon Goods Winter Catalog, Magnolia Journal, and others over the holiday season. We’re looking for seasonal employees to help us fulfill the season increase in demand.

About the Job

• Date range of season role: Oct 16 - Dec 18
• Hours required: 20-40
• Work hours: flexible, usually M-F, 8a-4p
• Location: High Street in Clintonville neighborhood; Columbus, OH
• Training: On the job training. Most employees are comfortable within hours and have mastery of the workflow in a few days.
• In this role, you will work in a small team to create unique paint by number kits.
• You will navigate a large paint library (600+ colors), to assemble each product, before packaging and applying postage as it readies for delivery.
• Compensation: $16.25/hour.
• Bonus: There will be a holiday season bonus for all employees. The size of the bonus will depend on how well the holiday season goes.
